i had sex with a sex worker after 20 days i went for hiv test and the result is negative. am i safe?

what are symptoms of aids? after how much days it shows up. if th symptoms are there does it mean virus is multiplying and can be detected.

HIV does not usually show up in bloodwork till 6 months after the encounter! Symptoms Early After Infection before it comes up in bloodwork are fever, headache, muscle and joint pain, sore throat, rash and diarrhea. Later on symptoms of the Immune System are Swollen lymph nodes in the neck, axilla, or groin (lymphadenopathy), Fever / night sweats. Symptoms of the GI tract are Rapid weight loss Diarrhea
Poor appetite Profound fatigue. Respiratory symptoms are Shortness of breath Dry cough / productive cough
