Question by rawrimadinosaur01: Can a doctor you don't go to regularly tell your parents about your sex life?

see...i have to go to a woman doctor but not a gynecologist because my regular doctor is a male. i am going to the doctor because i have an issue involving my breasts. my mom is going but i don't want her to know im having sex because the doctor will ask me if i am. i don't want her to know! she said shes going in there with me. i just want to know if that doctor will tell my mom if she isn't in the room.
