Does the movie Public Enemies (2009) have a sex scene?

I heard there is a sex scene. Of course i LOVE Johnny Depp!!! Can anyone tell me around what time in the movie the sex scene is? (when i say what time i mean if you can post the minute and seconds, i.e 16:20, so that i can jump to the scene) Thanks in advance for all your help, i really appreciate it!!! XD

SEX/NUDITY 5 - A man and a woman go to his apartment, they lie in bed (he wears an undershirt) she removes her dress to reveal a long slip (she bends toward the camera and we see cleavage) and there are several close ups of the man and the woman kissing, talking and embracing.
â–º A man and a woman kiss several times. A man and a woman meet, say hello, and kiss briefly.
â–º A man enters the door of a bathroom where a woman is in a tub filled with water (we see her bare leg, thigh and hip), the man makes a suggestive remark and the woman invites him to join her in the tub; they are interrupted (please see the Violence/Gore category for more details), and the woman wraps a towel around her.
â–º A man approaches a woman and asks her to join him, she accepts, she asks him to dance, they dance together, he asks her to travel with him around the country, and the woman says the man is in a hurry, to which he replies, "If you were looking at what I'm looking at, you'd be in a hurry too." A man tells another man that he can no longer live in his whorehouses. We see two women in a brothel; no customers are present and no signs of prostitution are evident.
