Sex offender due in court for harassment charge

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A registered sex offender accused of harassing a woman online is due in court today to see if he'll stand trial. Police say James Cleland hacked into a WMU student's Yahoo account and sent emails to several of her friends saying she was HIV positive.
